The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other.
We’ll talk about what’s been bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together.
You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. I’ll guide the conversation in a way that feels comfortable and supportive.

I currently offer virtual therapy sessions.
This allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space, without the need to travel.

A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available. Please feel free to inquire if this is something you need.

Individual sessions are $175 per 50-minute session.
Payment is due at the time of the appointment, and a receipt will be provided for insurance reimbursement where applicable.

I do not offer direct billing at this time.
However, many extended health benefit plans provide reimbursement for therapy services. I recommend checking with your provider to confirm your coverage.

I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, will be subject to the full session fee.

Most clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions.
As therapy progresses, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs, goals, and what feels most supportive for you.
