Hi, I’m Davina
As someone who values authenticity, reflection, and genuine connection, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and comfortable showing up as you are. Therapy with me is not about having all the “right” answers or presenting yourself perfectly. It’s a space to slow down, process openly, and navigate life with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Who I support
I support individuals navigating:
Anxiety
Perfectionism
Intrusive thoughts
Relationship challenges
Life transitions
Many of my clients find themselves caught in cycles of overthinking, self-criticism, or emotional exhaustion.
Therapy often begins when holding everything together starts to feel unsustainable.
Understanding what's beneath the surface
Emotional distress is rarely isolated.
Anxiety, low mood, and perfectionism are often shaped by life experiences, relationships, and daily pressures.
I see these experiences not as flaws to fix, but as patterns that make sense in context.
Context matters. Our struggles don’t exist in isolation; they’re shaped by relationships, environments, past experiences, and the pressure we place on ourselves.
My Approach
I don’t believe therapy should feel scripted, overly clinical, or disconnected from real life.
My goal is for you to feel understood as a whole person, not defined by a diagnosis or a set of symptoms.
I won’t just sit back and nod; I’ll support you in recognizing patterns and finding strategies that help you feel grounded in yourself.
Healing and growth happen when we feel seen and supported, not rushed or pressured.
Outside of Therapy
Outside of my work, I prioritize balance in the same ways I encourage in sessions. I enjoy spending time with loved ones, exploring new food spots, watching movies, journaling, and making space for quiet reflection.
These routines are important to me. They reflect my belief that wellbeing isn’t only something we talk about in therapy, but something we actively live through rest, connection, and everyday awareness.
